Engineering

We offer full structural engineering services for our frames, both in Canada and the United States.

Manufacturing

All manufacturing of our timber frames takes place in our on site production facility. Whether your project is being cut using CAD/CAM machinery or hand cut by our craftsmen, your always welcome to come see us in action.

Enclosure System

Leaving nothing to chance, we also design the full enclosure system of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPS) or pre-built walls for your home.  Your walls and roof are made to our specifications so we both know that they will fit perfectly when they are installed on site.  We also offer full window and door packages that compliment the quality and efficiency of our frame and enclosure systems.

Raising

We offer full raising services for your timber frame and enclosure system.  We are also pleased to offer raising supervision and support if you or your contractor would like to assist in the raising.

Kiln Drying

Okanagan Log & Timber Frames can supply Kiln Dried timbers upon request..however not all projects demand this level of refinement…Air died timber or timber milled from standing dead logs or salvage timber can work just as well.  Historically timber framing for the last 2000 plus years has utilized green timber or standing dead wood.  After all the timber is the most important element in a timber frame structure.
